Offer all registered ProShow users a minimum 6 month trial period or first year free deal.Īs anyone who has run a company should know, acquiring new customers is countless times more expensive than keeping existing ones. Photodex customers who paid for one or more of the versions of Proshow and have to re-install it for any reason find that it won't run, apparently to do with the anti piracy authorisation system no longer being available. The ex owner of Photodex and management of Photopia are in the process of generating huge amounts of ill will by ignoring the problem which is: Anyone reading the thread thus far knows the history and can switch to Photopia if they wish, but this is not the issue that has lots of ProShow users justifiably angry.
